Midnight Rose is a story about survival for a young girl named Dusty Rose. She has recently learned that she inherited a great deal of money, as well as a horse ranch in Colorado. Left to her from her real father, whom she never knew. Surprised about this news, Dusty Rose contacts her mother, telling her about the inheritance and that she has decided to relocate to Colorado to claim her ranch. Shortly after reuniting with her mother Laura, Dusty finds she cannot trust her. Does Laura intend to plot her own daughter's murder for millions?
Snip-It:
Looking at the money in his hand he then looked at Dusty and smiled the most sinister smile. Next thing Dusty knew she was on the floor and her mouth was full of blood.
Bully started yelling for her to get her ass up off the floor. Dusty struggled to collect herself and get up like he had demanded. Once she was standing again. He hit her again. Once again she was lying on the floor spitting blood. She knew not to let him see her cry because if she shows weakness than his beating will be worse than ever. Get Up! He yelled again. Dusty once again got up off the floor. Expecting to be knocked down again, she flinched as he came close to her. He grabbed her by her hair and pulled her into his face, using his other hand he started wiping her blood off of her mouth. He then kissed her and held her tightly into him where she could not get free.
The taste of his mouth made her sick to her stomach. She could feel her vomit coming up in her throat. Finally he let go of her, then says there is more where that came from tonight when you get home.

Molly gets up grabs the rifle runs to the wall to turn on the porch light as the light comes on she is startled by a man standing directly in front of her outside the window. She is trembling and she quickly raises the rifle and points it at the stranger pulled the hammer back as if to fire. The man raises his fists over his head hits the window then lets out a loud yell in anger the bang caused a thunderous sound then he runs off into the darkness towards the woods. Molly runs to the back door to check to see if she can see anything from there she saw nothing.

Carly is happy to hear that news because that means that she has out smarted the police by committing the perfect murder.

As the girls stood over Karmyn’s dead body they take in what they had done. Her half naked, bloody and battered body lay there in the dirt with ants starting to invade her eye sockets where the girls had gouged them out with sticks. Bee’s landing in her mouth with no lips for closure because her lips were cut off with dull scissors to prove a point about all the gossiping she was doing. They even cut her tongue out with a car key so she could not spread more lies. The girls truly snapped against Karmyn.
